| Scope |
| The requirements for scope change appear at all stages during the project life cycle. This section provides the mechanism for managing change throughout the development phases and could form the basis of long term change management process. |

| Tracking Change |
| Change Request Form (CRF) will be used by VolumeTek to capture any change of requirements, scope of work etc and communicated to Client. Once the Change is captured through CRF, estimates should be revised and will be communicated to client for approval. |

| Managing Change |
| When CRF is received, it will be prioritized and addressed with the help of Client. |
